How do I remove the links from under my graphic image?
Removing links requires a little skill but you can most likely perform the task. Below is a couple examples of links under a graphic. The parts of the comment code to remove are highlighted in yellow. The actual image code that MUST remain is highlighted in green. Your code may be different but the HTML tags are the same. Be sure to make a back up of the code before making changes and use the Preview option before Saving the comment.

Example 1:
Glitter Graphics
Glitter Graphics @ SweetComments.net

<a href="http://www.sweetcomments.net" target="_blank" title="Glitter Graphics"><img src="http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd1/cmts/images/day/0-4228.gif" border="0" alt="Glitter Graphics"></a><br><a href="http://www.sweetcomments.net" title="Glitter Graphics">Glitter Graphics</a> @ <a href="http://www.sweetcomments.net">SweetComments.net</a><br>

After removing the yellow highlighted code you get this: Glitter Graphics

Example 2:

MySpace Graphics
MySpace Comments

<a target="blank" href="http://www.butterfunk.com/"><img src="http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/ii261/funkbutter/graphics/Checking_In/
0_checking_in_frog_green.gif" title="HOT Comment Graphics at BUTTERFUNK.COM!">
</a><br><a target="blank" href="http://www.butterfunk.com/"><img src="http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/ii261/funkbutter/main/butter-logo.gif" alt="MySpace Graphics" border="0"><br><a target="blank" href="http://www.butterfunk.com/">MySpace Comments</a><br>

After removing the yellow highlighted code you get this:

You can see from these examples that most of the code is not required. Only the code in green is required. The rest of the code is either used to link back to the website that the graphic came from or is extra links and graphics under the image. The image is all ways in an HTML <img src="graphic URL"> tag. Everything before the "<img...>" is not part of the graphic. And is always the first <img ...> tag in the code. See the green highlighted <img...> tags above.

TIP: If you have trouble selecting HTML text because the Tag ends get selected, put a space in between them first!

Example:

Try and select the "<tag=that>" Text Only:

Now try again:

See how easy it is when there is a space between <tag=this> <tag=that>? :)
