Our Document Management
System (eDocIT ) is a web-based Intranet into which a company's
internal documents are uploaded for managing, sharing, research and retrieval.
The system can also house other file formats such as company
logos, graphics, MS Power Point presentations and many others.
eDocIT allows for
multi-users to upload new documents and/or reports. User's can
also search for documents by topic group or document type for
viewing, collaborating or downloading.
The application offers access security features with a full admin control
consol which allows the
administrator the options to add, edit and delete topics, groups
and documents as well as manage user access rights as needed.
