to only view the status of existing issues which can reduce
their status request phone calls.
An add-on is available to provide Help Desk
functionality which can assign customer's inquiry tracking
numbers and comment logging features making it a well rounded
and versatile program for your support personnel. Another
add-on can allow for the development of a value-added
knowledge base of searchable resolutions of similar issue
types to speed the resolution process.
