To enhance their existing Global e-Commerce International Bank
(GCIB) processes, Bank of America contacted EITALL to
assist in performing their task. EITALL analyzed their existing
international ecommerce processes and proposed an automated solution that
provided many value-added components.
The system that we proposed consisted of
automating their internal communication and financial
budgeting and tracking for all their existing and future
ecommerce programs.
EITALL developed project plan documentation explaining
the workflow automation solution that would meet their requirements.
After a presentation of the plan and it's acceptance, EITALL
began development of a system which included the following
