EITALL created a Secured Currency Exchange Rate Entry Form as a component for inclusion in their existing Smart Card application. This allowed them to manage all currency rate changes throughout the day from a secured website and provided an audit trail. 

EITALL created a printable Exchange Rate Audit Report that displayed currency conversion rate changes between Mexican Pesos and US Dollars. The report consisted of the new exchange rate, the previous exchange rate, date & time of the change and the user login of the person making the change.

The developed report includes a search criteria option for entering a starting and ending date range and sorted the results by currency rate change date.

EITALL created 2 new international transactions processed reports to display all Mexican / Peso transactions in the same format as the existing (US Dollar) reports.

EITALL updated all existing reports to display pesos as well as dollars throughout the application. These reports included totals and sub totals by store locations, requiring a component for peso mathematical computations for the report view options. 

EITALL developed a Currency Exchange Rate Conversion Utility and included it in the application to perform all the necessary mathematical conversions between the two currency types automatically and to display the rates on all reports and entry screens.

EITALL added numerous (printable) reports which were produced with a variety of search criteria options.

EITALL added new database tables, made changes to existing tables and updated database relationships to maintain data integrity and accommodate the new functionality of the application.
