This card based system tracks purchase made within a club environment, such as a country club. This program utilizes smart cards, which are plastic cards similar to credit cards with a computer chip built right into the plastic. It’s like having a computer in the palm of your hand.

The program supports an electronic cash purse for cash purchases. The card allows the cardholder to load electronic funds on to the card using cash, check or credit card. The card can be presented at the point of sale, cafeteria, vending machine or bar to remove value. The SCS system provides readers for loading and unloading value from the cards.
The graphics on the card can be completely customized for each system. A card personalization process allows account information, demographics and electronic money to be loaded on the card’s chip when the card is issued. The card printing includes the card holders name and account information on the face of the card. |
| A Microsoft ACCESS database is provided to track program
information, card holder information and transaction history. Cardholder statements can be printed showing all transactions. Reports showing detail associated with the program are provided to allow analyzation of the system performance. |
