You also understand that EITALL cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will from any external tampering by interception of data as it travels from our servers to your work stations or PCs.

Either party may terminate this Legal Statement without notice at any time for any reason. 

5. Legal Limits of Law 

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the US and applicable states of use as to any agreements made and/or performed between you and EITALL. EITALL reserves any rights not expressly granted herein! Usage rights and / or permissions for use, which fall outside the dimensions of this Legal Statement, may be obtained from EITALL directly by petition in writing and on a contractual basis.
