Intranet Projects
Description: In order to meet ISO 9000 standards, Vermont American was required to move their existing issue tracking process from a paper based program to an eForms (Electronic Forms) program.
Vermont American contracted with EITALL to perform
this task. EITALL developed their Issue Tacking
System.
Features: Multi-level security; multi-level administration; ISO 9000 compliant forms management processes; escalation and managerial "sign-off" services; backend database; secured administrator consol to manage users, eForms, messaging alerts, follow up notifications and issue reporting and archiving task; and employee consol for managing their reported issues and updating the data as needed.
Notes: We developed this Intranet website which uses dynamically created content based on internal links clicked or searches performed as well as eForms for reporting.

Description: EITALL Developed Wachovia's (formerly First Union National Bank)
Robbery Reporter System used by the bank's
headquarters in Charlotte, NC to handle reporting
and managing robberies as they were reported from
all the local branches in 12 states and the District
of Columbia (Washington DC).
Features: Client/server architecture; Windows software applications with Intranet capabilities to share and manage data across the three branch bank support offices in Pittsburg, PA, Charlotte, NC and Jacksonville, FL.; Multi-level security; multi-level administration; backend database; secured administrator consol to manage system generated eForms and system generated robbery procedure messages required by law and required by bank headquarter management; automated multi-level security access reporting system; notification and escalation messaging system; synchronization services to update remote location databases; and archiving data to archive database and http support services;

applications. The system is used by their college
and university clients to handle live transaction
via the student's ID cards (SmartCards). At the time
of this project, Cybermark had distributed over one
million student IDs for their 40+ university and
college clients.
Features: Client/server Internet architecture; Windows software applications with Intranet capabilities to online ecommerce SmartCard transactions via the SmartLauncher client application connected to a SmartCard reader attached to the client PCs and the centralized Intranet portal website, SmartServer website housed at the CyberMark location.

Features: multiple object control pages written in HTML, ASP and JavaScript; updatable on-the-fly as it's core functionality is comprised of EITALL.com developed & hosted pages and supports numerous ad capabilities for revenue generation.
Notes: This widget is viral in nature as it has a versatile menu for users to share it with their friends using diverse social networks such as MySpace, Windows Live, Google and HI 5. It is listed here as an example of the types of functionalities we can build into social network applications. As a widget, it is extremely versatile across many mediums such as blogs and webpages.
